Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Terms

Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all travelers at check-in. Accepted: Passport, Driver's Licence, Voter ID. PAN Card is not accepted.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal details, ensuring valid travel documents, following local laws, and maintaining respectful behaviour.

Xplorewide reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip if their behaviour causes disturbance, creates safety concerns, damages property, or violates local laws. No refund will be provided in such cases.

4. Damage to Property

Travelers are responsible for any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, equipment, camps, or partner properties. Costs for repair or replacement must be paid by the traveler. Normal wear and tear will not be charged.

5. Personal Belongings

Xplorewide is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings including phones, luggage, cameras, documents, or cash. Travelers are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.

6. Behaviour Policy

Dangerous behaviour — including rash driving, riding under the influence of alcohol, ignoring safety instructions, or causing disturbance — may result in termination of participation without refund.

7. Third Party Services

Xplorewide acts as a booking facilitator. We do not own or operate third-party hotels, airlines, or transport services. We do not guarantee the quality of third-party services. Disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the supplier.

8. Medical Fitness

Travelers confirm they are physically and mentally fit to participate in their chosen trip. Xplorewide is not liable for health complications during travel. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Limitation of Liability

Xplorewide shall not be liable for injury, illness, property loss, travel delays, flight cancellations, natural disasters, political disturbances, or accidents during adventure activities. Participation involves inherent risks which travelers accept voluntarily.

10. Complaints & Grievances

If you face any issue during the trip, inform the tour manager or local representative immediately. Complaints made after completion of travel may not be eligible for compensation.

11. Changes to Terms

Xplorewide reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms are effective once published on the website.

12. Indemnity

By using our services, you agree to indemnify Xplorewide against any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from violation of these terms, misconduct during travel, or incorrect information provided.
